Today was a great day for Cobia fishing, light winds calm seas and sunny skies make for perfect conditions. We put two nice ones in the boat today and saw a few others

Fishing has been great for the past few days. The Cobia are trickling in and we have been picking away at them.

First Cobia of the year caught this morning on the Emerald Isle Adventures boat!  We put two nice Cobia in the boat today and expect fishing to be solid for the rest of the season.   We have a few openings left next week! Call Lisa and book your charter if you want to catch a Cobia.  910-538-2749

Redfish

If you listen to the weather man you will never go fishing! We decided to go for it this morning and it paid off with beautiful weather and a nice redfish.

Site casting Spanish mackerel and blue fish

There is plenty of Spanish Mackerel around the inlet and Blues on every cast down the beach. Lots of fun with light tackle. I had a blast fishing with Skip today. I am looking forward to getting back out there.

Yesterday was the nicest day of the year so far and the fishing was excellent. Great reports of fish being caught inshore, nearshore and offshore. I went offshore with Captain Mike Taylor and crew on Weldor's Ark and had a blast. I have more pics and video to go through but here is a peek.
